Massage Therapy in Cambridge
Two decades experience!
I have been a practising therapist since 1997 and am continuing to grow and learn new skills. I began my training in massage and aromatherapy, and as my interest in holistic therapies grew, I gained diplomas in reflexology, Indian head massage, and anatomy and physiology. Over the years, l have completed postgraduate training in teaching, pregnancy massage, skin care, and most recently a foot-care specialist diploma.
My work has given me the opportunity to be flexible. Not only have I treated a wide range of ailments. I am also comfortable working within many different settings, such as hospices and hospitals, and different types and age ranges, including children, elderly, disabled, learning disabilities, and pregnancy groups.

Benefits of massage therapy
Massage will help you relax, but did you know it can do much more than that? In addition to relieving tension around your neck and shoulders, massage can counteract the imbalance caused by a weakened lower back and glutes from long hours of sitting.
Massage will help relieve soreness in the muscles, improve circulation, and is an effective treatment for chronic back pain.
Because it involves human touch, massage is suitable for patients with depression or anxiety. It will help you get restful sleep and boost immunity. Massage will also reduce the severity of tension headaches, a benefit many clients talk about.
